Our guests are verified healthcare professionals on travel assignments, executives on relocation, corporate travelers, and consultants. Every guest is screened before placement — we do not host short-term vacation travelers.
Most placements run 30 to 90+ days. Healthcare assignments typically follow 13-week contracts, and corporate relocations often extend further. We focus on professional, mid-to-long-term occupancy — never weekend rentals.
Northpointe Capital covers all utilities — electricity, gas, water, internet, and basic services — for the entire duration of our lease.
No. We can fully furnish and equip the property at our expense as part of our partnership. If your property is already furnished to standard, we will assess it during the property review.
Each property receives a professional deep clean between stays, performed by a vetted cleaning team. We hold all of our homes to hospitality-grade standards.
Minor incidental damages are covered up to $500 where applicable, separate from the security deposit. Larger items follow standard lease and insurance protocols, and we communicate proactively with the owner.
Liability insurance coverage is maintained throughout occupancy. We can share certificates of insurance and additional documentation during onboarding.
Routine inspections take place between guest stays and on a regular cadence during longer occupancies. Owners receive condition updates and can request additional reporting at any time.
